• Facilitating real-time cross-timezone communication between our local crew and BBVA’s international stakeholders, ensuring alignment on creative and logistical decisions.
• Managing last-minute on-site adjustments to keep the shoot on schedule and within compliance guidelines.

2. Camera Crew in Beijing & Video Production Support

• Supplying industry-leading equipment: Sony FX3 cameras for crisp interview footage, Aputure lighting to balance AIIB’s interior spaces, and Sennheiser audio tools for crystal-clear dialogue.
• Providing a dedicated team (camera operator, lighting technician, audio specialist, production assistant) familiar with the demands of Beijing’s high-profile filming locations.
• Sourcing brand-matched portable furniture to maintain the Greenfluencers series’ consistent visual identity—a key detail that sets apart top-tier video production service in Beijing.

3. Custom Sustainability Award Production (Prop Support)

Project Timeline (Hiring & Pre-Production Phase)

• Immediately: Hire a fixer in Beijing and core camera crew in Beijing; initiate AIIB filming permit applications with national-level support.
• 2 Weeks Before Shoot Date: Finalize gear lists with the video crew in China, conduct a location recce at AIIB Beijing, and lock in cross-border creative alignment with BBVA’s team.
• 1 Week Before Shoot Date: Confirm custom award production; coordinate on-site logistics (crew check-in times, parking zones, admin contacts) with our Beijing fixer.
