We are hiring an experienced local Bangkok camera crew to support a UK based corporate video production in Thailand for a one-day on-location shoot. The project requires capturing two polished English-language interviews and supplementary B-roll footage across two Bangkok venues, with a focus on seamless cross-timezone collaboration and adherence to technical specifications. The team will work closely with London-based producers via WhatsApp and email, ensuring alignment with the client’s creative treatment, shot lists, and post-shoot deliverable requirements. This is a critical opportunity to showcase expertise in corporate interview filming, multi-venue logistics, and professional video production in Bangkok.

1. Bangkok Crew Crew Composition (3-Person Specialized Team)

DP/Cinematographer: Proven expertise in corporate interview filming, proficient with specified professional camera gear, and able to provide a portfolio/showreel demonstrating documentary-style and corporate video production experience

Fixer/Producer: Local Bangkok logistics expert with deep knowledge of Bangkok filming locations, venue coordination, and cross-cultural communication; fluent in English to liaise with international stakeholders and ensure smooth on-site operations

Sound Recordist: Record the audio for interview.

3. Key Deliverables & Timelines

Pre-Shoot:

Review client-provided creative treatment (interview questions/topics), call sheet, and detailed B-roll shot list

Attend pre-shoot video briefings with the client’s team (accommodating London-Bangkok time zone differences)

Sign and return client’s Terms and Conditions + Confidentiality Agreement

Shoot Day:

Execute unscripted interviews per treatment, with opportunity for organic follow-up questions

Capture targeted B-roll footage as per pre-approved shot list based on the corporate video production in Thailand (corporate environment details, venue highlights, contextual shots)

Complete and submit detailed shoot report by end of filming day (critical for post-production workflow)

Post-Shoot:

Upload proxies and raw footage to client-provided Google Drive link within 24 hours.

Provide high-quality production stills via the same upload platform

Ensure all deliverables meet professional corporate video standards for post-production editing

4. Collaboration & Logistics

Maintain active communication with London-based producers via WhatsApp group and email for real-time updates

Coordinate efficient transport between Bangkok venues to account for potential traffic delays

Adhere to all venue rules and filming protocols for smooth on-location operations for the corporate video production in Thailand.
