We are coordinating on-ground support for an upcoming fashion photo shoot in Athens, Greece, on behalf of a Danish creative agency representing sustainable fashion brand Aiayu (aiayu.com). We seek an experienced local fixer to manage permits, logistics, and on-site coordination for a small, agile production. The shoot aims to leverage Athens’ natural light, urban street vibes, and favorable weather to capture authentic content aligned with Aiayu’s "We Stick To What’s Real" ethos.

Core Requirements for Local Fixer

1. Permit Acquisition & Compliance

Secure mandatory Municipal Permit for street photo shooting in Athens (Ministry of Culture Permit not required, as no landmarks/cultural artifacts will be featured).

Expedite permit processing to meet the tight timeline (must secure approval by November 5—7 working days prior to the November 12 shoot; standard processing is 30 days).

Liaise with Athens municipal authorities to submit all required documentation (campaign overview, crew list, 9-person team details, distribution plans).

Secure flexible permit coverage for 3–4 walking-distance street locations (exact street names to be provided post-pre-shoot scouting; ability to add new spots post-approval if needed).

2. Logistics & On-Site Coordination

Arrange a dedicated styling van with costume hanging space (to store 16–18 outfits) and an experienced driver familiar with Athens’ parking/traffic challenges (driver must manage van relocation if approached by police).

Provide on-site coordination during the November 12 shoot (08:30–17:30) to liaise with local authorities, troubleshoot logistics, and ensure no public disruption (no traffic/pedestrian blocking required).

Facilitate real-time communication between the Danish crew, our team, and municipal authorities via a dedicated WhatsApp group.

3. Documentation & Pre-Production Support

Guide the client in finalizing a compliant permit application deck (including brand intro, shoot details, crew information, and purpose of filming in Athens).

Collect and organize all necessary documentation for permit submission (e.g., crew lists, equipment details—client will bring gear from Denmark).

Confirm location feasibility based on client’s initial area maps, suggesting appropriate street names for permit application if needed.
