Photographer/Videographer Needed in Beijing for BTS Shoot Freelancers Project

Project Overview
We are seeking an English-speaking photographer/videographer based in Beijing to capture BTS (Behind-The-Scenes) photo and video content for a piano performance shoot. The project will take place in a studio, and the artist will play the piano during the session, with breaks in between. The main shoot crew is already arranged. Your task is purely covering the BTS section whenever possible.

Task Scope
The selected professional will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Photography and Videography:

   • Handle both photography and videography for the entire shoot. This will include BTS photos and video of the artist while performing, as well as during breaks.

   • Ensure high-quality, candid, and natural shots that capture the atmosphere of the session.

2. Duration and Schedule:

   • The shoot will last for 10–12 hours, though it will not be uninterrupted, as the artist will take breaks during the session.

   • The shoot is scheduled for July 5th, starting at 9 AM.

3. No Post-Editing Required:

   • We do not require editing for the photos and videos. The content should be ready to transfer at the end of the shoot. We will provide a SIM card and HD storage for file transfer.

Special Requirements

• Fluency in English is required for ease of communication with the artist, who speaks both English and Portuguese.

• Location: The shoot will take place in Beijing, so the photographer/videographer must be based in or able to travel to Beijing for the day of the shoot.

• The videographer/photographer should come with his own kit/equipment. Please specify the list of equipment for both the photos and the videos while submitting your bid and proposal.
